I've been away and am ready to send LoveLight blessings out into the world again. We all need love and light and blessings!!! I understand tonite is a time with allot of positive energy to ask for what you really want in your life. Contemplate, clearly what it is you desire from deep in your heart... Not just the exterior needs but the deepest of your heart's desires. Clearly ask, bless and release to the light, to God to take care of the rest and listen to when you need some movement. Blessings and deepest love to you....

Biography

Cynthia McDougle is an Ordained Minister. She is a compassionate and nurturing Healer. She has been in practice offering Spiritual Guidance, Meditation and Healing sessions since 1990. She works with individuals, leads groups and workshops in Sonoma CA. She has a B.A. from the UC San Diego in Sociology. She began Private Meditations at the Sonoma Mission Inn and Spa in 1993. She has produced three guided meditation tapes.

Her purpose is to create a safe environment where healing can occur by integrating mind, body, emotions and spirit into daily life. Cynthia supports people to live a conscious and healthy balanced lifestyle. With practical and simple steps she guides individuals to a deeper connection within. Her passion is supporting people in living the life they are truly here to live. She is a mother and continues on her spiritual path.
